To be a leading institution for providing solutions for Biodiversity loss in and around protected areas in Uganda.

To engage people in activities geared towards undertaking and revenue sharing in communities living alongside wildlife.
To advocate for protection of forest cover, conservation of water resources and wetlands, tourism, and agro forestry.
To advocate for rural development through preservation of wildlife in communities around Queen Elizabeth National Park.
To provide open space, recreational tourism, and cultural heritage opportunities in the wildlife affected areas of the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park
To support the social needs of the rapidly increasingly human population.
To train specific groups of people in the use of new information technology to communicate and access ideas, which are relevant in the progressive, realization of the rights of wildlife.
To mobilize resources for community empowerment through sustainable livelihood programs for better services in and around the Ishasha community.

To promote Sustainable Conservation of Biodiversity and enhance Community livelihoods.
